The Awful Honest Truth:
Let
me be very clear. I do not understand much of the society we live in.
I don't understand people, their interests, their “language”, and
there are things that humans do that I just can't comprehend in the
least bit. But in all truth, I don't have to. Because you see,
human's lie. Studies show that the average human lies 3 times per ten
minutes of conversation. So I don't need to listen to what people
say, I don't need to hear their stories and excuses because as far as
I can see in most cases, there is not all truth in what they say. You
see I precieve the human world differently then most people, and I
have come to understand that. You see I practice two different ticks
in which I call “open mindedness.” and “the awful honest
truth”. I practice to at least view someone elses point of view on
a subject, and to always tell the honest truth no matter how bad it
sounds.
In
short, I am “Awfully honest”. I say what I think, how I feel, and
I don't care how it's going to make you feel. But I also try and view
the world from another person's point of view, the mother of a serial
killer, the father of a rape victim, the view from a man who's been
unjustly prosecuted by the world, the religious nut down the street
that everyone would like to put in an asylum. Now, I'm not saying I'm
a saint or something, I still judge a book by it's cover, I still
hold racist and stereotypes against people. But I understand the
world just a little bit more with each view point...and if everyone
would just take a moment to stop and view the world through someone
elses eyes...even just once, our world might just become a little
less ignorant.
So what is this
blog about? Well it's a whole shit ton of stuff, pointers on certain
life choices and actions, those little things in life that you seem
to look over and of course the honest truth about how the world
works, at least from my perspective. So, just sit back, relax, and
let me welcome you into my world...of the Awful HONEST TRUTH.
